ContentVillain is an AI-powered content generation platform that helps users create marketing copy, blog posts, social media content, and other written materials using various AI "villain" personalities.

We're basically your content creation sidekick, but with more attitude and better results.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information.

You're responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities under your account.

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or other breaches of security.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

🚫 Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Service:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations or laws
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
To submit false or misleading information
To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code
To spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape
For any obscene or immoral purpose
To interfere with or circumvent security features of the Service

📝 Content & Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you input into our Service. However, you grant us a license to use, process, and improve our Service based on your usage.

Generated Content: AI-generated content belongs to you, but we can't guarantee it's completely original. You're responsible for checking and ensuring your content doesn't infringe on others' rights.

Our Content: The ContentVillain platform, villains, branding, and underlying technology are our intellectual property. Don't steal our villains! 👹

💳 Payment Terms

Some features of our Service require payment. By purchasing any ContentVillain subscription or service, you explicitly agree to the following:

Payment Agreement:

You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees and applicable taxes
You confirm all payment information provided is current, complete, and accurate
You agree to promptly update payment information if it changes
You acknowledge that prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
You accept responsibility for any additional bank or processing fees

Billing & Renewals:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
You will be charged in advance on a recurring cycle based on your plan
We will notify you of price changes at least 30 days before they take effect
Failed payments may result in immediate service suspension or termination

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these payment terms in their entirety.

🎯 Our 30-Day Villain Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not completely satisfied with ContentVillain within your first 30 days, contact us at support@contentvillain.com for a full refund of your initial payment. This guarantee applies only to:

First-time subscribers only (one guarantee per customer)
Refund requests made within 30 days of initial purchase
Accounts that have not violated our Terms of Service
Requests submitted through proper support channels

⚠️ Important Refund Terms

ALL SALES ARE FINAL outside of our 30-Day Villain Guarantee. By purchasing, you explicitly agree that:

No refunds will be issued after the 30-day guarantee period
No refunds for partial subscription periods or unused time
No refunds for account terminations due to Terms of Service violations
No refunds for price changes, feature modifications, or service interruptions
No refunds for add-ons, one-time purchases, or usage-based charges
No refunds if you simply change your mind after 30 days

📞 Dispute Resolution

You explicitly agree to the following dispute resolution process:

Contact Us First: You agree to contact our support team at support@contentvillain.com for any billing issues or concerns BEFORE initiating any chargeback or dispute
Good Faith Resolution: You agree to work with us in good faith to resolve any billing concerns within 30 days of the issue arising
No Chargebacks: You explicitly waive your right to initiate chargebacks, disputes, or claims with your bank or payment provider without first attempting resolution through our support channels
Chargeback Fees: If you initiate a chargeback in violation of these terms, you agree to pay a $150 administrative fee plus any fees we incur from payment processors
Legal Action: We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks or bad faith disputes, including recovery of attorney fees and costs

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these refund and dispute resolution terms. You understand that clicking "Purchase," "Subscribe," or any similar button constitutes a binding agreement to these terms.

⚠️ Disclaimers

Our Service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We don't guarantee that our villains will always be perfect (they're villains, after all), that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

AI-generated content should be reviewed and fact-checked. We're not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

🛡️ Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ContentVillain be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

🔚 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

🔄 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We'll notify you of changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

🏛️ Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
